There was a guy (in germany I think) who got a bunch of smart phones (maybe more than 100), put them in a wagon and walked done a major street with them.

Some people just need to get a damn life. Bizarre.

I don't know - if Chris Christie had thought of that, he could have saved himself a whole lot of pain and money.

This place is somewhat akin to that South Sea island cave that a WW2 marine takes cover in. He knows he's in front of his platoon, the first marines on the island and he's become cut off from them. He strikes a match, just to see what creepy crawly things might be in the cave, and he notices scrawled on the wall...

They put that in an obscure place on the WWII Memorial in D.C. I thought it was a nice touch.

I never understood the point - can't see anything anyway, especially in heart surgery.

The first row of seats at Fenway Park have a TV screen at each seat.

Maybe the operating room gallery needs TV screens.

    Well put.

Agree. Having deal with companies like PTT ("national" oil company of Thailand), etc., the people of Thailand are certainly not blaming the increase in gas prices on President Biden.

I've only seen episodes of three of them. The Wire, Madmen, and Six Feet Under. No episodes of the other 98. Haven't watched any in their entirety.

Then, he brings up Barr - who specifically said there was no widespread fraud.

That was my first reaction when I read that, too.

That's not his point. People going in to "correct" ballots before they are mailed in, or to "help" people fill them out is not, according to him, fraud.

    Shhh...They're busy ignoring his point.

Same with me, despite having a harmony teacher who was really into Hindemith. He had actually studied composition from a student of Hindemith’s. In any case I guess it was Gould’s TV lecture and his recordings of the sonatas that opened things up.
