I just started back to HIIT on the Airdyne the past week or so. Supposed to build VO2 max faster. I’m getting upwards of 110-120 bpm. Plateaued at 67 lbs on weight loss even thought my waist keeps shrinking. Maybe the weight training. I didn’t have to work this hard in my 30s. Grr.

I don’t doubt his motivations either and think him to be genuinely sincere. Embedded in that essay was the notion that actually it might work out ok. Agreed. While he has hope that reason over passion will prevail, he also has faith that robust established institutions of checks and balances will continue to ensure the rule of law over unfettered power.

I’ve had lots of Cannanau while vacationing in Liguria. You don’t see it much outside of that area of the Mediterranean. Nice.

Yesterday was our yearly listening of JCS. I have an original vinyl pressing, a remastered vinyl pressing from just a couple of years ago and an original reel to reel tape. We listened to the tape yesterday. The new remastered 45rpm Alan Parsons Project, A Turn of a Friendly Card arrived Friday. It's a great album.

Libertarian talk radio host Neal Boortz used to call Sean Hannity "Baby Jesus" because he was just so damn wonderful. (As sarcasm.)

Factor in the number of graduates in each field and it might have something.

I use Gemini (aka TARS) on a 2nd vertical monitor at work. I mostly type in questions such as figuring out the best technical query or advice on how to integrate 2 systems. So it's mostly a powerful search engine with pretty good answers by default. I also use it to generate an image here and there, such as for a corporate blog I manage each week.

I remember leading up to the 2024 election there was some momentum behind a potential Carlson candidacy if Trump was going to be in prison. I could see it. Also, that first sentence...imagine saying that out loud 15 years ago during the Carlson bow-tie and Trump apprentice years.

[image: 1769429526740-1655d638-aa34-41fa-82d4-0af9ebe482f4-image.png] I'm glad we got lucky with the April 1st date. As I noted earlier, there were a few options that had a daytime launch, and what a spectacular launch that was. I know there's recency bias, but to my eyes and many who've seen plenty of launches, it was one of the most beautiful launches (visually) they've ever seen.
