Cool story - I like Mark Felton's channel a lot. Incidentally, my brother was hill walking in the UK a couple of weeks ago. He was on top of Helvellyn, a mountain in Cumbria, and two Spitfires flew right over the top of him - my dad would definitely have approved

And a nod to Holst's "The Planets" that follows. Read the book. The book is more about Yeager than the Mercury Seven, unlike the movie.
