At least Jon and Phibes I can explain away as being tiny little men.
Except I'm between 6'2" and 6'3".

So the good news is, the scale told me I had not gained back the 3 pounds I lost the first two weeks of February. The bad news is my waist (or at least what I could find of it, it’s a moving target when you gain weight in your middle like I do) is not that much smaller than my hips. My waist has never been small compared to my hips, even when I was at my super skinniest 5’10” and 120 pounds (high school). I will never see that again, (130’s in college, 140’s in vet school, and I thought I was fat!) I felt pretty awesome when I was biking and weight lifting and got down to 150 for my 30th high school reunion. So that’s what I’m aiming for, and I’ve got a long way to go. My dessert last night was a peanut butter mug cake with frosting. A last hurrah. An egg and dry muffin for breakfast this morning.
So should we weigh/measure in every Monday? I’m taking a picture - I’ll do one every week in the same outfit - hopefully the too tight t-shirt will start to look like it actually fits after awhile...
And you know what I noticed when I seriously controlled my sugar intake the beginning of february? Things - joints, etc, didn’t hurt as much as they do normally when I get up after sitting for awhile.

I don’t need to know about your sex life.

OK, I'm about to mount the stationary bike for a good, hard lunchtime session.
-
@doctor-phibes We call that a 'nooner'.

You guys all have me feeling pissed. Especially @89th since you are what? 6'4"? At least Jon and Phibes I can explain away as being tiny little men.
Oh well...
242 (looking to get under 220), 40" waist (looking to get back to 36")
Believe it or not, I was there before Finley... Sympathy weight is a real thing. Picture coming soon.Breakfast was 2 mugs of coffee, 14 oz. of water, and a few vitamins...
My god! We weigh the same. I can still fit in 38" jeans but 40s are definitely more comfortable. lol.
I would like to lose 40+ lbs this time and get below 200 for the first time in decades.
Those two loaves of bread though.... lol

I'd love to get below 200, too, but I want to string together successes. When I lose the first 5, I want to think "1/4 of the way there!" instead of "1/8th of the way there..." big psychological difference there.

This is mine.
Note it starts when I got my Fitbit which was right when I got home from NC. So you see me recovering to my healthy 185ish weight.
Then summer 2018 I had some issues that caused dramatic weight loss. Those who saw me at at Kluurs’ saw me at a low point.
A year ago I was just right but you can see the fall over the year.

I lost around 55lbs within 12 months in 2018/2019. Then it took another 18 months to loose another 10 pounds - that was way harder than the initial 55 lbs. In hindsight, it was ridiculously easy to loose the first 30 pounds or so.
I'd love to loose another 10lbs for cycling-related reasons (such as: moving up to a cat A rider in Zwift ), although I expect this to be exceedingly difficult. Actually, keeping my current weight is already pretty challenging and requires, among other things, 5-10h of hard bike riding a week. Maybe we can have a "keep current weight" challenge, too?

Aqua's sister called it a break for lunch.
Anyway, my legs are like jelly. Time for a sandwich.

We could all probably help you lose some weight. I have an axe I'd be happy to show you.

121.4 lbs. 37-31-37. Goal is to lose 10 lbs or 3 inches.
I failed already. I had coffee and doughnuts for breakfast. They had a fundraiser this morning for my kids old high school; and the only thing they had were Krispy Kreme.
Does anyone know how much cardio I'm going to have to do to make up for this failure?
-
My healthy eating during this challenge is going to consist of 2 fruits and 3 vegetables a day.

Still working on weight lifting goals.

280 hours.
And that's the truth.
However, you are to be congratulated on your noble sacrifice in the name of community service.

Now it's time for the dog walk. 2 miles, or thereabouts.
This doesn't really count as exercise, since I do it every single bloody day anyway.
-
Ugh. I broke on the fasting because I started getting a bit of a stomach cramp. So I had an apple. Yes, carbs, but I can’t help but feel that fruit carbs are better than others...
1700 calories, 142 carbs, and about 90oz of water.
