    Awesome Mik.

    Are you doing GLP-1s too?

Yeah, Zepbound. It's quite unlike other diet drugs which were mostly some form of amphetamine. No side effects at all, it just makes you get full faster and not as hungry. I eat breakfast at 10-11:30 then dinner, staying down between 1500 and 2000 calories.

Nice to see you tolerating it well. I have a few friends that had to stop after a few months for GI issues. Not zepbound in particular, but glp-1 agonists in general.

It seems to have the lowest profile of side effects.

I don't have a problem with cardio at home, but I enjoy getting out and going to the gym. Down 60 lbs over the past 10 months.

You are my people! I have from 5- 55lbs, some in the garage and some in the living room where people always have gym equipment.

One thing I would enjoy about having my own weight rack like that is I could actually keep the weights in the spots they belong in. Crazy how randomly placed they get in the gym.

@jon-nyc yeah. People who don’t put things back where they belong aggravate me. Gyms, design rooms, whatever.

@mik I bought a set of these, they let you select between 15 and 55 pounds and are relatively easy to use and comfortable: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DM658S67

That being said, I do have a pair of 25-pounders that I use for curls and other raises. Those are my workhorses, but the flexibility of the above set-up is nice. I also bought a basic bench that I use them on.
