    Today I am making Jeni's Sweet Corn Blackberry ice cream, and for dinner we will have Porcini Dusted Chicken Scallopine.

      I’m just going to roast a chicken. And some Brussels sprouts while I’m at it.

      If you don't take it, it can only good happen.

          @jon-nyc Soak away!

          Looks tasty, though.

          What'dja do to cook it?

              @George-K

              Garlic and lemon in the cavity, butter salt and pepper on the outside.

                Awesome as always. Fun to make, too. I used twice the corn for a stronger corn flavor. Even better, my SIL was in the area and came for dinner and overnight.

                Did not make the chicken dish as I would have had to go to the store. Instead I made penne with the fresh tomato sauce with buffala mozzarella, burrata and suateed chicken. Delicious.
