But, If all the lights are not shining on President Trump, he is like a little kid and gets all whiny and stamps his feet. I think Gov DeSantis is getting a bit of publicity and the lights are not quite as bright on President Trump.

I'm not sure DeSantis is directionally sanctimonious anyway, even rhetorically. The Disney stuff is anti-sanctimony. There isn't much sanctimony in the trollish transport of the immigrants.

I don't think he ever had the majority of TNCR. He was just preferable to the alternatives for many. I did not vote for him in 2016 but was pleased by most of his policies. He was a better president than I thought until the end.
But I don't want him back.

Back in 2012, when he first ran for president, I called him a buffoon. I felt that way in 2016, and I didn't vote for him either. The problem with Trump is the buffoonery gets in the way of policy.
