Was at a Denver outfit that had a couple locations here - Pizzeria Locale. Chewy and delicious Neapolitan pizza. Making their dough today, will be ready tomorrow. Here's the recipe.

Definitely worth it. Even baked at 450 it was the same chewy and delicious pizza crust as at the pizzeria. I’m exceptionally happy and will never change a thing. Made a half-Cuban (with PICKLES, Cats! PICKLES! BWAAAHAHAHAHAHA!), half Hawaiian with Kalua pork The Princess brought out and the a whole Shrimp-basil-artichoke heart pie. All fantastic.
