Best Pizza Crust Ever

Was at a Denver outfit that had a couple locations here - Pizzeria Locale. Chewy and delicious Neapolitan pizza. Making their dough today, will be ready tomorrow. Here's the recipe.

Well, it's in the fridge for the 18 hour wait. Shrimp pizza tomorrow night. We will see how the dough bakes up at 450F rather than 800F.

Definitely worth it. Even baked at 450 it was the same chewy and delicious pizza crust as at the pizzeria. I’m exceptionally happy and will never change a thing. Made a half-Cuban (with PICKLES, Cats! PICKLES! BWAAAHAHAHAHAHA!), half Hawaiian with Kalua pork The Princess brought out and the a whole Shrimp-basil-artichoke heart pie. All fantastic.

Made a half-Cuban (with PICKLES, Cats! PICKLES! BWAAAHAHAHAHAHA!), half Hawaiian with Kalua pork The Princess brought out and the a whole Shrimp-basil-artichoke heart pie. All fantastic.

Those look fantastic. I assume it's an intentional foodie thing to not make them round?
