Friday night news dump?
On the 19th, in a flourish, to keep the audience on its toes?

All presidents do them, and from what I have hear, always some of them are "legitimate" and some of do not seem to be.
Same with President Trump. I do not think the number or "scope" will be much different from other Presidents.

What do you call somebody who is surrounded by crooks, but is himself the most honest man you've ever met, just so, so honest, just amazingly honest?

Over 100 coming?
Serious question. Is Trump going to end up with a relatively low number of pardons compared to other presidents?
