What's in the omnibus "relief bill?"

Great visual.
Is it gone, or too small to read, or does this now appear:
"Moderators remove posts from feeds for a variety of reasons, including keeping communities safe, civil, and true to their purpose." -

House Republicans on Thursday blocked an effort by House Democrats to approve $2,000 stimulus payments for millions of Americans. Democrats were seeking to advance the measure after President Trump demanded it on Tuesday night, breaking with many of his fellow Republicans.
...
“Today, on Christmas Eve morning, House Republicans cruelly deprived the American people of the $2,000 that the President agreed to support,” House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) said in a statement. “If the President is serious about the $2,000 direct payments, he must call on House Republicans to end their obstruction.”
...Will Trump veto, will he fold without veto? Will the GOP join the override and let us see Trump lose again, or let the year end with a government shutdown and no economic stimulus?
No mystery here. He didn’t even use the word veto this time. I suppose he’s losing but just know he has no expectation of winning so if that’s a big loss to you enjoy it!

I must say he's making a complete clusterfuck of his legacy and his last days in office. Shame, really because all of the things that add up to that are unforced errors.
Lashing out at the GOP and especially at Mike Pence, who has been as loyal as a VP could possibly be, is uncalled for.

Ehhh, he’s a dick. Has there ever been any question of that? But, he’s a dick that did some good things in office. Whether that was through his direct action or members of his team, we will never know, but you can’t deny the results. The really sad part is that a lot of the good things his administration accomplished couldn’t have happened if he wasn’t a dick...

Trump folded and signed the bill, in time to avert a “government shutdown,” but not in time to prevent a lapse in extended unemployment benefit.

"What is the Impoundment Control Act? Enacted in 1974 in response to President Nixon, Congress laid out very specific causes and processes for any future president to rescind, reserve, or defer authorized budgetary spending. In this case, President Trump is invoking 2 U.S.C §683 (which can be read here) in order to essentially line-item veto specific parts of the spending bill to increase the direct payments from $600 to $2000 per adult. President Trump, in his statement above, refers to this as “redlining” and will “submit a formal rescission request to Congress” in an attempt to pass the bill, and still get what he wants from it."
How is this different from a "line-item" veto, which has been ruled as unconstitutional?

I just want to know if today’s 1% bounce goes to the Trump or Biden stock market increase ledger. LOL.
Also if you scroll back 4 or 5 days ago I said Trump knew he lost this and would sign. Just more fake drama and fake popcorn eating and fake making Trump lose again, but me pointing out the obvious is probably getting tiresome by now.

Why is he line item vetoing things from his own budget proposal?
Because he does not know what “he” proposed. Most likely “his people” proposed things he doesn’t know and doesn’t understand, now he line-items the same items his administration proposed, hoping his supporters are too low-information to notice that his administration has again slapped its own face.

He’s on a 45 day losing streak, maybe he figures if he gets in a fight with himself he can’t lose.

I'm at an all time high in terms of net worth. If people want to hold down white males, they're doing it wrong.

Hey Ax! Did you get more mindreading batteries for Christmas?
That's a powerful comment you got there, somewhere between "unbelievable" and "Jesus." -

The only real loss would be Georgia, the rest were easily predicted and baked into every objective analysis. He’s there on the 4th for a rally. I think you will have earned crowing rights if the Senate goes Democrat.

“Just to show you how bad this bill is, there’s more money in this to bail out union pension funds than all the money combined for vaccine distribution and testing,” Senator Bill Hagerty, a Tennessee Republican, said last week.

Assholes.
This is everything that's wrong with the US political system.
