Fantastic summary. It boggles the mind, and dare I say I think the public and companies are starting to come around to the sheer lunacy to try and believe what the DHS is trying to say happened.

Rittenhouse is not applicable here. He went down to protect his family’s business from a marauding mob. This guy went to oppose law enforcement he did not agree with. This is not to say I’m defending the ICE agents here, but the two situations could not be more different

Seems like the main difference is Rittenhouse’s exercise of his second amendment rights ultimately led to him killing someone whereas Pretti’s exercise of his second amendment rights led to him being killed by masked federal agents.

The whole reason we call them illegal aliens is because they’re subject to our laws.

I'm afraid that my ability to distinguish between 'law enforcement' and 'marauding mob' isn't what it once was.

        I was only joking

Was the first shot by law officers into the disarmed man's back as he was getting up? Or have I got it wrong?
Here is the instant taken from the video...

P.S. If yes, I'd call it execution

                Good grief 😔

Why did this man go armed to a peaceful protest?
Why did he not simply do as directed and get off the public road? Why not even after pepper sprayed by an officer?
Actively interfering with law officers' duties.
Why did he not simply comply with law officers instructions?

Why did he continue to resist arrest by multiple officers, even when restraining him on the ground?
Why did he(attempt to) stand up?

Why did the officers not give him an extra second to get back on the pavement?
I cannot hear, but why did so many officers suddenly rush to the spot.
Why when his gun was removed were the other officers not clearly informed?
Why did he attempt to stand(continue resisting), why was he shot in the back by an officer when attempting to stand?
                Screenshot_20260125-071740_DuckDuckGo.jpg

Clearly not a defensive shot, the officer needs to go on trial.
The incompetence of the law officers beggers belief. To talk and de-escalate; and to restrain efficiently.
The stupidity of the man also.

So many questions, clearly neither public nor law officers have learnt much from the previous incident.

                Your thoughts mirror my own.

One thing going around (that I have not heard any confirmation of) is that his gun did accidentally discharge while the ICE agent had it in hand, and the other agents were not aware that he was disarmed. They knew he had a weapon, heard the gun go off, and responded.

Guns don't "go off". They are fired. Still idiocy on all parts.

Also Noem and Bovino would have worked into their narrative that Pretti ‘had shot at officers’

The P320 model is widely carried by armed civilians and US law enforcement, including ICE — but has been the subject of more than 100 allegations that it has a defect that allows it to fire “uncommanded.”

You’d also think the CBP guy carrying the gun away from the scene would have had some reaction visible in the video had it unexpectedly gone off in his hand.

Either way, from what I can tell, the whole thing about him obstructing the agents looks to be complete crap.

No he was filming them and he tried to help the woman they pushed to the ground who was also filming them. That got him pepper sprayed, tackled, and then shot 10 times.

It would do a lot of good if this one got a real investigation and a prosecution if warranted. Which it looks like it is.

Unlikely. The head FBI agent in Minneapolis office resigned because they wanted him(?) to look more into Good and her wife than what actually happened.

By the way that was the prosecutor who was leading the corruption case against the Somalis and had hinted that there was some government involvement or acquiescence.
