Monday. I don't worry much about the actual procedure. They'll put me to sleep. It's the prep that's worrying me. From what I hear it's really really awful.

It's not exactly fun, but it's not that bad. The worst part for me was not being able to eat all day.

Stay close to the toilet. Bring lots and lots of toilet paper, and a laptop with a charged battery. Don't wear anything that you're afraid of soiling. In fact, stay naked. It'll be explosive fun!

You won't have time to run and plug it in if it's not charged up.

Apple has made significant strides in battery technology, to the point where I feel contemporary Apple technologies can now meet the stringent demands of modern colonoscopy preparation procedures.

Yes. Good thought. You should get at least 12 hours.

My plan for making the prep easier is reduce intake for a few days before.

Small amount in means small amount out.

Just a bump to remind you that on Sunday we would like - how can I put this - blow by blow accounts of how the prep is going.

Just finished the first round of colon. prep.

I can't wait to see what happens next! I'm setting up a live feed from the restroom.
