This is scary stuff.

I don’t know a single person in my age range that watches these shows. I knew a bunch when I was in college and I used to watch them myself.

Wife has a first cousin that desired a career in law enforcement and got a job as a sheriff's deputy. He was trying to serve a warrant and went to the wrong address. Opening the gate and walking into the yard, he was scared by a barking dog. He's scared of dogs. Any dog. IIRC, it was a beagle he shot and killed. In an election year for the sheriff. He has a tow truck business now...

Maybe not. I'm still hanging my hat on the economy. The Resident can scream "Bidenomics" all he wants to, but a lot of people are not in good shape. I think the market is shaky. I know that many things in the grocery store are 20% higher than just a couple of years ago. I know gas prices are starting to trend upwards again, and Biden has half of the strategic reserve he had 18 months ago. Now, if the Dems can't nail Trump with a felony, I think the independents swing back, especially in the swing states. Might be interesting...

I've wanted to love any of the partitas, but never have. Maybe I need to listen to them more.
