I watched Airplane just last weekend with the boy and was pleasantly surprised to see it hadn't been reedited. I thought I had read that they wanted to take the 'jive' scene out, but it was there.

I wonder if you could successfully sue if you got in a wreck on or around 3 years and a day. Does GM notify you when that feature is about to expire? Sounds like yet another boneheaded GM move.

When we were diligent about stoking the fireplace, yeah, that's about what we went through. Granted, this was an older model, I think we installed it in 1986-87. It was rated at 80K BTU and heated the entire downstairs (about 1800 square feet) of a poorly insulated house with 1921-vintage windows.

The best thing about this for me is be to able to fly Etiad or emirates. Look like great airlines. Maybe I can fly somewhere via Abu Dhabi and skip quarantine.
