@LuFins-Dad said in Asking for a friend:

Again, ask now and ask publicly at meetings. Also document the requests and answers.

That's an awesome list. And yeah, already started with the documented conversations. There's a committee being formed to determine how to open the office. Literally, they're going to assess risk to life and health via committee. No experts, just a committee. I asked to be on it just so I can document the decline.

We are so much more racist than we were 10-15 years ago and it’s getting worse, just not in the way these fools think.

Naahhh. Trump needs that money circulating in the economy for a a quarter. He wants an adrenaline shot to boost the numbers. The word is he wants at least part of this to go towards summer travel as that’s a quick and easy boost.

The bigger issue is going to be unemployment benefits.

Understandable, but it is amazing how many people go there to do the haj.

And every year, there is some article about X number of pilgrims crushed in an area due to a stampede or something like that.

    Good news indeed.

@jon-nyc I assume the 40% is because of underlying disease (asthma, COPD, etc), right?

Hepatitis C is a curable condition, COPD isn't.

As far as “investment firms” go, having only $1.58B under management is not particularly “big.” So, how many jobs and how much state and local tax revenue are we talking about?

Yes butt is your underwear N95?!?

Do you wear tighty-whities? Or boxers with big gaps around the thighs?!?

Whatever you do, don’t answer those questions.

"...think to yourself, are you better off now, except for the Chinese CCP infecting the world and ruining all we had accomplished in my first term? Because without the Wuhan Flu, we would be growing economically as never before, with unemployment for ALL Americans at the lowest levels possible, wages going up, the middle class making a historic comeback, all races getting along because upward growth and the American dream has returned for all, and. . . "

Hey, maybe I could be a speechwriter!

    For Biden:
"I've been in Washington, I know how Washington works, I can reassemble what Trump has destroyed and from that point, free college, free iPhones, free stuff and junk. Hey man, it will be cool, no police, and I'll personally do more push-ups than anyone over seventy, and. . ."

John Oliver, that sniveling dweeb. He's the type of guy I'd like to punch, just because he's such a self-righteous prik.

I confess part of me wants the protesters to get sick, especially those that desecrate statues, burn businesses and break the backs of those hard working people that have their lives invested in their businesses.

I hope they get real sick. And, lots of them.

Ax, I'm ahead of your "what about Trump rallies" question, which I'm sure would be coming.

No, I don't want any patriots to get sick. Frankly, after watching the Trump crowds, I might suggest Jenny Craig so they don't get sick later in life. I think pound for pound, Trump rallies have the street protesters beat.

    Beef Fizz?

    Ewww.

Aqua, my neighbor is the first American born generation of his Italian family. He makes his mom’s all-day Sunday gravy with meatballs and sausage. It is the finest I have ever had. I think he would have to whack me if I ever got the recipe. Omerta.

First rule of a gunfight: Have a gun.

Second rule of a gunfight: There are no second place winners.

Third rule of a gunfight: Avoid a gunfight at almost all costs.

If you carry, carry something you will always have with you. Have something in a big enough caliber to stop a fight. And never voluntarily put yourself in a position where you have to draw your weapon.
