To succeed you have to prove Fraud occurred (presumably a relatively easy thing to do) Prove that the outcome would be altered by the elimination of those fradulent votes. Just let it play out. If it is baseless as you say then the system will have been proven accurate. Shutting it down now will cause more damage to voter confidence as evidenced by the Democrats screaming about 2000 to this day.
