In one of the articles posted here about the first person vaccinated in NY at Northwell it was noted they were able to triple their ICU capacity. I guess I can go and find that thread and pull out the paragraph. I believe it was the NYT. As I mentioned before you still need the people and that is the big issue.

Ground well covered here; six inches? Eight? So far it's a well-behaved storm.

I worked at a secure government location where they took this sort of thing seriously. This was in 1983 and they were concerned that people could sit in a van across the street from the building and pick up, and read, signals from keyboards plugged into the computer terminals. So everything in the building had to be Tempest Tested to demonstrate that these signals were stopped.

She's still wheezing but less with Symbicort. Afebrile, and otherwise feeling OK. Got tested again yesterday AM.

Ah, no bites on the Range Rover. IIRC, they are owned by TaTa, an Indian company. Nice, maybe unreliable and $$. But back to Jon's subject...For his size, and what he would like to do with the vehicle, an AWD SUV of some kind seems to be the best fit. The only question is which one? I know he doesn't tend to keep one a long time, but a nice Toyota could be his boy's college car... Sequoias are nice, but big. Based on the Tundra chassis, they get poor mileage, but tow a lot (7000 pound) and will be around forever. Not fun to park at times. A 4Runner gets a hair better mileage, still rides decently and will tow 5000 pounds. A Highlander gets much better mileage, is probably a better daily driver and is still rated at 5000 pounds towing (although I think that's stretching it). A Rav4 gets very good mileage for a SUV, is too small and rides like a buckboard. Great car when you're 25. At Jon's age, not so much. Or, if you don't mind used and want a vehicle that holds its value extremely well, with an almost cult-like following... [image: 2014-Toyota-FJCruiser-hero.jpg]

We officially finished everything last night. My kids get a tree each in their bedrooms. We have an ornament tree and a toy tree. The ornament tree is a metal tree that spins around; the toy tree is covered with my kids old toys. I have to put that particular tree up because if my kids do it, they will start reminiscing and play with their old toys and then that tree will never get done.

Yeah that's not a good marriage. And, contrary to what pop culture would have us believe, and consistent with what I've always observed, it's the woman who can't compromise and exist with the man.
