That doesn't absolve him of some deserved shame, but his point stands, even if it is in his home state. It's not just wind-power that has taken a beating. Coal, nuclear and natural gas contributions have actually been reduced by more than the wind power. https://www.bbc.com/news/world-56085733

This is a diversionary tactic by those on the right to downplay what happened and somehow make it the fault of libtards. I don't understand why we're all sitting around pretending that this article wasn't designed to gin up conservatives. It's not news. It's spreading spreading emotional gasoline that was in this case distributed by the Washington Times. And the ultimate irony is that this is happening while in the context of vilifying the liberal media for doing that very thing. It's right out the Vladimir Putin book on deception and provocation. Of course there had to be an agent provocateur from the "other side" behind all this misunderstanding and mayhem.

When a person is a member of a tribe the only way they can improve their status is to participate more fully and faithfully in the rituals of the tribe. Getting a tribal member to disagree with the any algorithm of the tribe is an existential threat to their membership and status. Therein lies the conundrum. Is the cure for the stupidity worth it? What tribe will she belong to?

One episode left in Season 4. What a great ride. Very easy to follow yet chock full of political and societal questions applicable to today. Character development very very good. I am still ambivalent about Steven Strait as James Holden. I just don’t know. He’s got a Frodo on the way to Mordor thing going on and he’s uncomfortable to watch.
