"This is a legal legitimate fundraiser,"
Change "fundraiser" to "herbal product" and that's exactly what the shoeless guy outside 7-11 keeps telling me.
Tell him to come over to VA, it is a legitimate legal herbal product now.

Nice knowin' ya, kid...
I'll do what I can to stay away from unmarked vans that make sudden stops.
@axtremus said in State AGs say not so fast to relief bill provision:
You misunderstand the nature of the matter. The federal government does not dictate state tax policy in this case, merely giving the states choices — accept certain conditions that come with certain federal funds, or not accept any such fund and be free from any attendant conditions.
Like Title IX, Constitutionally the federal government cannot dictate states’ education policies, so Title IX gives them a choice — accept certain conditions that come with Title IX funds, or not accept any Title IX fund and be free from any attendant Title IX conditions.
National relief should not come with that kind of strings attached.
Real-estate brokerages may be fine with digital signatures, but state laws may still require real signatures signed in the presence of a public notary when it comes to deeds and liens. The paperwork you sign at closing is oriented towards formalizing who holds the deed and the lien.
Expect to get paper copies of things you sign, and be sure to keep the paper copies with original signatures.
Good luck!
@jolly said in Long Covid Is Not Rare. It’s a Health Crisis:
Heard yesterday where some Long Haul patients are moving to the Florida, etc. Some say the hotter temps are beneficial.
I dunno...
Worked for Stevenson (somewhat).

Basically, any time anything vaguely scary or unpredictable happens, Americans buy more guns to expand their already quite terrifying collections.
The Brits, of course, buy alcohol, which is far more sensible.
Oh, we buy alcohol, too...

It is strange that they have chosen an E260L. From what I understand, the E260L is only available for the Chinese market (it's an extra long version), so if they can assemble E class in China, why would they make this model in Germany?
I made a mistake ... I rewatched parts of the video and verified that the "import" is an E260 (without the L), while the "domestic" is an E260L.

I have to admit, I'm a bit jealous, but too chicken to ever do such a thing.
Especially since George posted it one day after the film of the other cheeta-ish cat attacking the dog!
So many variables. There are very few cases where 1 person owns the whole team. In most cases there are ownership groups with different shares. In some cases, majority owners have salaried positions with the team, in others they don’t. There are a few owners that own their stadiums (greatly increasing their income) but most don’t. Then you have Green Bay...
Interesting. I once had a small worm composting bin. Nowhere near as fast or scale as what is shown above.
But, it was interesting to watch the process.
