I think I would have been wary, if I was Putin.

My dad's uncle was a navigator in WW1 - killed in France in August 1918. Last time I was visiting my mum I found letters from him my dad had hidden away, and some photos, along with a lock of his hair my grandmother kept. The letters were real Boy's Own stuff - 'Bagged another Hun on Sunday..' kind of thing.

I really don't understand the "critical acclaim" this movie got. Great cast (Ed Harris, William Hurt, Tilda Swenson), but a ridiculous storyline and hackneyed characters.

All true but I enjoyed it for unquantifiable reasons. I can’t remember anything anymore except that I liked it.

The setting was cool. A train holding the last of civilization. The punishment of the guy having to hold his arm out the window and then get it smashed. Pretty cool. The reveal of the insects as food, not very cool. Ed Harris at the end, pretty cool.

Overall, I was ambivalent towards the movie, but it was just over the threshold of being watchable.

There is a list of other similar movies at youtube, those are some pretty good movies.

They must time stamp the delivery and now they expect you to get it earlier in the day. It’s the algorithm probably should include the time on the notices.

Up until recently, yes.

Tom Brady's replacement reminds me a bit of the new Captain America. The uniform doesn't seem to quite fit, and he's a bit shite.

The most frustrating part is having to switch providers. I am sick of this whole thing where you sign up for a one year contract at $40, then at the end of the contract your price is $90, unless you threaten to leave, then the price is $75. In the meantime, new clients get $40. No loyalty to pre-existing customers, it's all about getting them to switch. So if that's the game, then that's the game. See you in 24 months, Verizon...
