Interesting. I worked in Moore County for several months in 2017. Nice place, but they did have some substations in very rural areas that would be easy to attack without detection.

I've never known a wealthy person - and I've known a lot - that didn't feel the need to give back. It's not just a tax deduction. I think it's human nature to want to share in some way after your needs are taken care of. The exceptions prove the rule.
