Awesome! I have one as well and it's a nice option to raise it whenever I feel "hunched over" too long. I am also intrigued by those really slow walking treadmills you can get for under the desk, but I doubt I'll get one. And stretching, that is one thing I always say I'll do more of but never, ever do. Ugh.
I often pair the things I don't want to do with the things I do, which for me has been really effective. So for stretching, that's when I burn through some podcasts; I save 'em up for that time so I have crap to listen to.
