I am seeing more and more videos where people default to the "this is because of skin color" claim. I suppose @Horace 's noble efforts of identifying the dangers of such a narrative have not had an effect outside of TNCR.
But truly, yesterday I watched a video of some (black) lady in canada in a post office going nuts because the (white) person behind her told her she can't package her parcel at the counter and needs to do that at home. The first lady calls the police and says she's being targeted because she's black.
This is a good thing.
