The "front" hole is not the cervix. The "front hole" is the vagina. The cervix is about 3-4 inches north of that, last time I looked (about 8 years ago).

Another reason we use words like “cervix” is to normalize the reality that men can have these body parts too.

Betts had huge boots to fill immediately after Duane Allman was killed. He did it admirably and with great musical skill. Brothers and Sisters was very good album and really launched the band into something more than a southern rock/blues jam band that primarily appealed to other musicians- in particular, guitarists - and a select sector of blues fans. Betts’ solo album Highway Call (1974) focussed on his Country Swing influences and remains to this day an overlooked gem. Certainly one of my all time favourite albums from the era.

Decades ago, a colleague of mine got a phone call from a the child of a patient whose father was then out of state and needing immediate emergency surgery. The problem was that the medical staff at a Major Medical Center (MMC) weren't providing assistance due to hippa concerns. This is prior to internet, fax machines, et. The good news was the patient happened to have their name emblazoned on the side of one of Major Medical Center's primary buildings. My colleague called the CEO of the MMC and within 10 minutes, a conference call was arranged so that everything possible to assist the patient was provided. Big money helps increase quality of care.

Rod Carew, who won 7 batting titles, claimed that the wad of tobacco in his cheek helped him see the ball better.

It's tough to argue with 7 batting titles.

He later died from salivary gland (right next to the tobacco) cancer.

It's an older video, although I guess I'm not surprised the twits are trying to imply it's an arrest of Trump. Anyway @George-K it was a staged "arrest" using a private helicopter. To your point, the man's arrested hands magically become uncuffed as he uses them to climb into the chopper.

Ignoring technology, and just looking at some big events:

WW1 was one generation away from WW2.

The American civil war was roughly 2 generations from WW1.

The Napoleonic wars were roughly 2 generations before that.

The American Insurrection was roughly 1 generation before that.

I've ignored the Cultural Revolution, Spanish Inquisition, Russian Revolution and my own particular favourite - the invention of bebop, but you could put those in as necessary.

I remain unconvinced by Smokin' Joe's timeline.

I do know one thing that hasn't changed. People telling me since I left school that I'll soon have more leisure time. I'm fully expecting that rug to be pulled from under me once again in a few years as I hit retirement age.
