Biden's Lies

Lad, I once told the CEO of a hospital that a certain pathologist was a lyin' SOB, and if he would just get that MF on the phone, to tell him I'd meet him on the hospital boulevard and I'd kindly whip his ass all the way out to the main street.

The Catholic Church's position on abortion has changed:
President Biden is taking Sen. Lindsey O. Graham (S.C.) and other Republicans to task over a proposed nationwide abortion ban, a topic set to be a galvanizing issue in the midterm elections.
“Think about what these guys are talking about,” Biden told a Democratic National Committee fundraiser in New York this week. “No exceptions — rape, incest — no exceptions, regardless of age,” he said of the proposed ban.
“I happen to be a practicing Roman Catholic,” he added. “My church doesn’t even make that argument now.”
Waiting for the Washington Post "Fact" Checker to weigh in on this whopper.

I think his dementia is getting worse.

They need to have age limits to match the term limits. Seriously, it's a great idea.

Everyone lies, politicians are no different, but their job seems to make lying almost necessary in order to be popular. It's pretty much accepted. None of them are going to make you rich.
Differentiate between political lying and the rest of the person. Everyone has faults, but if some people had a good quality it would die of lonliness.Biden is old, it shows, he has dementia. No excuses, Kamala ought to take over.
Separtating the political from the personal qualities, no excuses either for draft dodging, for appealing to the racist far fight for support.
I'd vote for a turd in preference.
How can anyone believe in & support a leader who speaks their mind about serial infidelity this way:"I'm automatically attracted to beautiful women — I just start kissing them. It's like a magnet. Just kiss. I don't even wait. When you're a star, they let you do it. You can do anything. Grab 'em by the pussy. You can do anything." (Secret video recording, 2005)
[About a 10-year-old girl] "I am going to be dating her in 10 years. Can you believe it?" (A leaked recording, 1992)
"[Arianna Huffington] is unattractive both inside and out. I fully understand why her former husband left her for a man - he made a good decision." (Twitter, 2012)
"All of the women on The Apprentice flirted with me - consciously or unconsciously. That's to be expected." (How to Get Rich, 2004)
"Often when I was sleeping with one of the top women in the world I would say to myself, thinking about me as a boy from Queens, 'Can you believe what I am getting?'" (Think Big: Make it Happen in Business and Life, 2008)

Exactly. And that's why this thread exists. We had self-appointed "fact-checkers" chronicling every untrue statement that Trump made.
Where are these people now?
As Jim Treacher said, years ago...
We have self-driving SUVs, political murder of what someone thought was a "right wing extremist," an "elected official" released on bail (and still drawing a salary) after being arraigned for murder and no one seems to notice. Why? Because of what modern "journalism" is.
Quick - without googling, who knows who James Hodgekinson is?
So, yeah, they all lie. @89th was particularly vocal about Trump's lies.
And yet, here we are.

For the record, I was a lot more vocal about Trump's lies, too. Because a lot of people here denied it and that was annoying. Because c'mon, we should all know better.
Biden's a mouthpiece and I lost any sense of neutrality with him over the Afghanistan debacle. But everyone seems to know he's a mouthpiece, so I don't complain as much. Doesn't mean I'll vote for him. I won't.

Yeah, but some of those things y'all decided were lies, weren't.
Bugging Trump Tower wasn't a lie. The FBI making up Russia! Russia! Russia! wasn't a lie. The concept of a Deep State, wasn't a lie.
-
Presdient Trump was like the character in the "Boy Who Cried To Wolves"
He told so many lies, that his truths were not believed or discarded.
-
I didn't know Joe was a PR. Funny, you don't LOOK Spanish...

The first two are lies, as for the third it depends on what one means by deep state.

@Jolly Well, lets say that 75% are biased. That still leave 8000 or so for @copper to pick his favorites from.555
TG, we addressed that page many times before… Almost all of the disputed claims were the same 20-30 that he repeated hundreds or thousands of times. The Dominion Voter Machine lie counted as 7000…

I'm still waiting.
This one counts as 493 lies.
“We also built the greatest economy in the history of the world…Powered by these policies, we built the greatest economy in the history of the world.”
That is 493 lies.
Come on. How is that a lie? It doesn't mean anything.
The Post calls it a lie because they made up a definition of "greatest economy" and then made sure their definition didn't match his.
idiots.
