We just got one too. We keep it in the pantry and bring it out whenever we need it. It's a toaster oven, convection oven, and air fryer in one. Essentially all doing the same thing. In fact, I googled the difference between a convection oven and air fryer... doesn't seem to be much of a difference.

That being said, I did reheat pizza in it (took 3 min) and it was WAY better than the microwave, obviously. And faster than a normal oven.

Haven't tried "frying" things yet. I'd imagine I would need to get the amount of oil added just right so it doesn't burn.

George - I know this is a sacrilege but try some of the frozen french fries in the air fryer. Quick - and pretty good.

I totally plan to, didn't have any handy.

Why is that a sacrilege? Is there a different way?

375 and 15 minutes should work well with most.

Making baked potatoes today. 45 minutes at 400 degrees.

Not faster than my oven, but certainly more convenient and it doesn't heat up the whole house.

Some of the Ore-Ida stuff is really good, even with a conventional oven.

OK - bear with me. Tonight's adventure.

Brats in the air fryer. I bought a (cheap) rotisserie gizmo upon which to put the brats. Gonna do frozen fries (as @kluurs recommended).

                  Toast the buns...fingers crossed.

Next time: Add grilled onions and blue cheese.
