Trump irrelevant?

Honestly it’s just hard for him to stay relevant without twitter.
I suspect losing twitter was on par with losing the presidency in terms of removing him from the center of national conversation.
Senate trial will change that. For a while, anyway.

Taking the twit out of Twitter.
(I cleaned that up a lot)

I agree with Jon. Twitter seem to be his main method of communication, and without that, it is difficult.
However, I am not surprised he is quiet at the moment. It is understandable after being president, that you may want to take a break for a period of time.
I would expect that he will start going on the TV shows on networks that are friendly to him. He will be a regular person and those shows, and try and continue to keep himself in the spotlight a bit.
I don’t think he will form a third-party however. If he does that, then Republics will have no reason to worry about him anymore. While he is still in the republic party, there is I think still some fear and look over the shoulder towards him.

True but this is the first loser who also leads a cult.

I would call wokeness a cult.
But not the police narrative all by itself.

I've heard here many times that Trump loves adulation and adoration. Not sure it washes that his political supporters are no longer of use to him.
There is ample evidence over the past four or five years at least, that in this regard he is into the 3Rs - reduce, reuse & recycle.
-
I agree Horace. All he really has is the loyalty of those who share his resentments and the fealty of those who fear his base.

Gadzooks! You mean he views other people as an exploitable resource to be cast off once they cease to be of any utility to him?
Say it isn't so!

Ok. How are you defining members of the Trump cult? What are the relative sizes of the two cults under discussion?
I would peg the size of the cult at about 20% of the Trump vote.
