Some talking head said that the contract between the Trump organization and NYC specifies that the contract can be terminated for "criminal behavior."

AFAICT, President Trump was impeached, but not convicted. Also, I admit I might be wrong, "criminal behavior" is decided in the courts, not Congress.

Just read that the Trump organization's contracts with NYC are in excess of $40MM.
