It's Christmas Eve! What's for dinner?

The Vesper Martini is definitely shaken, not stirred. James Bond named it, so it must be good, right? It is. Oh yes, it definitely is.
It's a smooth and elegant beverage served in the traditional martini glass, chilled of course, but not iced, and it's perfect for the holidays.
The recipe in the video below calls for lemon peel, but we prefer it with orange peel.

Breakfast and lunch were Elvenbread and Earl Grey. Yes I took annoying-ass pictures:
Dinner was Sword Coast Seafood Bouillabaisse, Evermead for the drink, and Meal's End for the dessert.
Food. Coma.

Christmas Eve is always too hectic to cook around here. Tonight we had takeout from the Ramen place near 89thโs place...
Tomorrow Iโll reverse sear a Beef Tenderloin with a horseradish sauce, glazed mushrooms, crispy Brussels, and sweet potato.
For the rest of tonight itโs St. Bernardus, Vince Guaraldi, and swearing at unassembled toddler toys...
