Not sure how critical it is anyway. Biden was clearly the winner by the time they announced it and the information isn't even directly actionable. They can't apply for emergency approval until they reach the 2 month mark on their safety data which is next week I think?
It's still not clear that Biden won anything.

All the investment for R&D was made by Pfizer at risk. Dr. Jansen was emphasizing that last point."
So yeah, “participating” in that the purchase of the doses, assuming it occurs, will come from that money.
But Pfizer is correct that they received no money. They got a PO. With conditions that haven’t been met yet.
