    Really? now?

    Like, NOW?

More generally, it’s sad to see this. I liked him as a representative. As a presidential wannabe, not so much.

I'm not sure about term limits for justices, but at some point racial favoritism has to go away if we are ever to be colorblind. Meritocracy FTW. The idea that black congresscritters are required to represent black constituents is a fallacy.

Mr. Khanna needs to familiarize himself with article III of the US Constitution.

          I love you long time.

Oh, that doesn't bother them. They can just wave their hands and the Constitution is magically more favorable. They want to do the same with the electoral college.

So, how many justices will Trump appoint?

              I love you long time.

I was not aware that the number of Supreme Court justices is a matter of federal statute. For Khanna's suggestion to work, the law would have to be changed first.

Wouldn't it be fun to watch a GOP majority enact this law and push for more SCOTUS seats?

OTOH, it might be just as much fun for a Democrat majority House (and Senate) enact this law and watch Trump veto it?

                I love you long time.

I dont agree with term limits, but do think that there should be an upper age limit.
