I’m a little late to the party on this, and as a prelude to the hack, let me assure you that I never expect anything I take to be helpful. So…

I’ve been feeling a lot of muscle fatigue and soreness lately. Of course, it couldn’t possibly have anything to do with the fact that I work out 2–3 times a day most days and train seven days a week.

That said, Costco had a sale on creatine, so I thought I’d give it a try for muscle development. What I’ve noticed is that I’m no longer feeling the muscle soreness and fatigue I had been experiencing—and the good effects have continued. I’m taking 6 g per day.

It’s also alleged to help brain function—but who knows?

      AND... while we're talking fitness...

RFK Jr. just unlocked the ultimate tax hack for lifters.
Home gyms now qualify for tax breaks: “A power rack is preventative medicine against Big Pharma poison and weakness.”
RFK Jr.: “Your garage rack is essential health equipment. Deduct your monolift, write off your plates, claim your belt as medical gear.”
      New IRS rules:

      • Squat rack = health deduction
      • Bumper plates = therapy expenses
      • Chalk = mental health write-off

America’s basements about to become the most jacked places on earth.

There are few supplements with such a vast amount of studies. The benefits are very clear, but the effects aren't huge. I'm taking 5g a day.

Me too, but only on days when I work out. Just had a CMP done and my creatinine is fine.

I've been taking it for the good part of a year. I didn't notice a ton of difference in recovery, but I definitely noticed that I can eke out 2-3 more reps when I lift heavy. I've gained a good 5-8 lbs of muscle over the last year.

I wonder when this board will discover Chinese peptides.

Thanks feels great - actually looks great too. I really didn't go in with that being the primary goal, but it's definitely a perk!

Got some peptides from China last week, actually.
