Federal immigration officers shot and killed a man Saturday in Minneapolis, drawing hundreds of protesters in a city already shaken by another fatal shooting weeks earlier.

Latest video does not look good for ICE, it’s hard to tell, but it looks like one officer removes the gun from the guy’s back waistband, and I’m guessing another officer accidentally discharges, which causes all of the officers to fire.

Prior to the video, the man is holding his cell phone out and standing in the middle of the street as an officer is trying to get him to go onto the sidewalk, there’s a minor tussle, but eventually they start tackling the guy, someone yells out that he has a gun, and well there ya go…

Probably on a poster soon. He’s trying to protect to other protestors while getting maced, this is about 15 seconds before he’s killed.

I am open to more evidence that he was a threat but first glance seems to be against more sloppy and deadly officer actions

Am thinking that either the deceased should not have been there in the first place or definitely not there at all with a gun or weapon of any sort. After all he knew very well that ICE are more akin to the Earps than the keystone cops.

This is the officer holding the guy’s gun as the shooting begins. Hard to imagine a cop didn’t fire the first shot.

There’s video of an ice agent carrying his gun away before they shoot him. He had never drawn it.

Saw another one I downloaded from WTG. This looks way worse than the Good shooting. If one of the ICE guys were holding his gun there was no reason to shoot.

There used to be second amendment types that would argue that carrying a weapon was not a reason in itself for cops to tackle you, let alone shoot you. I’m not sure if any of those guys are still around.
