    I think I already do this to a point. I have dreams where I can direct them, but within limitations. For instance, sex is never fully consummated, if I dream about recreational drug use I can never actually get high in the dream. Something always happens to whatever substance it is and I can't ingest it. So I think my brain is aware that this is a dream and that can't really happen. I almost always remember my dreams.

      I've done it a couple times. Great experience. Can't do it on the regular though.

      Education is extremely important.

            I started taking a magnesium pill before bed to relax a tad more, and maybe it's placebo but I feel like my sleep and dreams are much deeper, especially the 2nd half of the night.
