So 2 of the 3 kids that killed that Congressional Staffer back in June were arrested. Rumor is that it was federal resources that caught the kids, not DC Police.

Rumor has it a former CW and FoxNews host was also involved. What a difference! We might visit in October, my kids I think will at least enjoy seeing all the cool army rangers and machine guns like the toys he plays with at home (not kidding, he will love it).

Flew here today. Currently in Nova. Head to DC Sunday.
Stop by if you get a chance…

So. Many. Memes... if we see a pic of Rachmaninoff in jail.
@LuFins-Dad would be fun to try and catch up when I'm in town. It'll be the week of Columbus Day....trip primarily for work, but dragging the fam along to see some sights the kids probably don't remember seeing when they lived here (heck, one kid wasn't even born yet when we moved!)

We don't do bail, but we will repost your mugshot and any other fun things that are available.

That we will. Everywhere.

In the meantime, while people in NY and Minnesota are complaining and ridiculing federal law enforcement assisting in DC, the DC mayor is signing executive orders to continue and improve cooperation between District and Federal enforcement and is publicly admitting that it’s helping. And WaPo is right there with her…

I'm not saying it wouldn't help. I'm saying the crime problem isn't as bad as what Trump is lying about (shocker), and that it's overkill and silly to bring in these mine resistant vehicles, machine guns, and essentially the army. Watch the statistics after the publicity stunt is over rebound to where it was. It's a marketing/distraction thing that could be otherwise be addressed with smarter long-term approaches such as decreased red tape for arrests and increased incentives for hiring more local police. At least the gardening looks good, though.
