If the problem is "y’all smoking, y’all drinking, y’all cussing", why prohibit children?
A fair number of tncr people would not meet the "y’all smoking, y’all drinking, y’all cussing" standard.
And they are significantly older than 21.Want a Big Mac? At this Virginia McDonald’s, you need to be 21 to dine in.
Not only do you have to be 21 years old to get into a bar, but also to get into a McDonald’s in Alexandria.
The fast-food joint in the Washington suburb recently introduced an age limit for customers looking to dine in.
A customer identified as Stacey shed light on the students’ behaviors that led to this new rule.
“These kids are off the chain,” she told NBC. “They have no respect, no discipline. And it seem like how they acting, their parents are allowing them to act.”
She added that while dining with her grandchildren, she observed older kids disrupting other diners.
“Like we’re sitting down eating, y’all smoking, y’all drinking, y’all cussing,” she said. “Like, come on, y’all.”

Weird, the picture in that article is the McDonalds near my place when I lived in Virginia. It is NOT the same McDonalds in the story. Such lazy reporting (I know, these news sites are just churn out from their content stream...)
