Pourover coffee because fuck that Keurig horseshit and oatmeal with berries.

My usual
Coffee. Toasted bagel with cream cheese. Vanilla yogurt. -
#1. Two pieces of toast with cheese on them, a hard-boiled egg, yoghurt. 40g protein.
#2 toasted peanut butter sandwich, egg #2, protein shake. 56g protein.
I have a four meal a day routine. It’s easy to have two breakfasts when the first one is at 5 and you work out after.
Really it’s the only way I can keep my weight and muscle mass up to snuff.

I try not to talk about the coffee. On Fridays I work in West Glocester, RI. If you've got nothing better to do, check it out on Google maps. There's very little there, but at least we have a coffee machine. It's not great, but it's free.
