Trumpās 15B lawsuit against the NYT was thrown out today as being improper.
Itās an 85 page document and itās not until page 80 that he mentions his first legal complaint.
This first 80 pages are all puffery about how awesome Trump is and a catalog of grievances against the world for not recognizing it.
They have a month to file something professional.

Meh, I remember Maherās cancellation. That was organic and consequential. This was in the era that everybody was rallying around the US military and the leadership, everybody was pissed, angry, and scared after 9/11, and Maher was out there calling the terrorists āWarriorsā and seemed to be questioning the heart and ability of US soldiers. That firing was driven by advertisers pulling, viewership complaining, and was a lot not more expected and natural of a result.
