Link to videoThose are retention holsters. They require a specific draw and reholstering. If adrenaline is screwing up your fine motor skills, it's a difficult task. Plus, her vision is not on the holster.
So, it's a training issue. They say it takes 10,000 reps to permanently imprint muscle memory. I don't think there are any shortcuts for DEI hires.

Some of the NBC personnel on site reported some animosity directed towards members of the media after the shooting. Apparently, some of the Trump supporters felt that many of the media had amplified the dangerous rhetoric about the fundamental threat to the nation that Trump represents…

The shooter was spotted 26 minutes before the 1st shot.

Yeah, I heard today that the colossal failure on Saturday was them letting Trump take the stage at all. The guy had been spotted then disappeared and they were searching for him.
