In other news, four mysterious horsemen were seen visiting Mar a Lago.
Do think that's bound with the skin of his enemies? It's suspiciously orange.

Ok, now for a few facts:
- The Bible is a KJV version.
- It's a Lee Greenwood project and has been for several years.
- The Trump deal is for licensing.
- The publisher is presently unknown.
- The controversy in Christian circles revolves around the inclusion of the lyrics to Greenwood's song and the Constitution, etc., making it an American" Bible.
A few opinions... It's overpriced, but if you want one, buy it. The inclusion of the pro-American documents may bother you, they don't bother me.
I'm of the firm opinion that it wouldn't hurt the country a bit, to have a Bible in every home.

Wait, what are they hiding?
With Kristi Noem’s “Smile Texas” ad, at least we know who the service provider is.
-
With all his biblical reading I wonder if he ever figured out that the 7 Deadly Sins wasn't intended to be a bucket list.
-
World might be a better place if more people read and followed the Bible.
Change could start with you.

I'm not your Google mommy.
Sniff it out yourself

If I remember correctly, Jesus loves vendors in the temple.
You don't.
Go back and read your Bible

Proselitism never has proven to be a good thing.

It's a basic belief. If you had Good News, would you not wish to share it?

I have absolutely no problem with people reading the Bible, and even better maybe taking some of the teachings to heart.
Billionaire politicians licensing it to raise money is pretty fucking sad. And if you believe it's really Donny's favourite book, I have a large semi-collapsed bridge to sell you.

“All Americans need a Bible in their home, and I have many. It’s my favorite book,” Mr. Trump said in the video posted on Truth Social. “I’m proud to endorse and encourage you to get this Bible. We must make America pray again.”
I really like the imperative order of the last sentence. Donald Trump, the American Moses, turning good news into bad news one mendacious word after another.

Thutmoses, perhaps. He's certainly got the decor.
-
Exactly.
Now if Trump used his billions of dollars fortune to give every adult in the USA who doesn't have a bible in their home (74,820,000 btw), it would only cost him $748 million. WWJD? Clearly Trump values people having the bible over making money off of selling it.

FWIW, I considered posting this in the Never-Ending Grift thread but decided to give Trump the benefit of the doubt.
