We go through unconscionable amounts of heavy cream in the daily coffee routine.

    Education is extremely important.

Cream > half and half > milk > creamer

And... The heavy cream you buy in the store, still ain't heavy cream.

Look, you take fresh Jersey cow cream, mix it with ribbon cane syrup in a plate until it reaches perfect consistency. Perfect consistency means you can drag a hot, cathead, buttermilk biscuit through it and the mixture will tear a light biscuit into two pieces.

That's worth eating and a rare find in today's world.

Actually...Stroganoff, but that didn't use that much. Gave my MIL a pint jar of it and been using some in my coffee, but I guess I've still got a quart....

It’s spring and asparagus is cheap. Make a big batch of soup to freeze. A little cream goes a long way for vegetable soups.

They’ll end up, after a lot of drama, with the same formula they use every time they have a trifecta: take away health care and food assistance from low income families and use the money to fund tax cuts for their donors.

The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.
