J6 is a perfect case in point of how a human with a perspective - not a bias, but a perspective - chooses words to describe reality. Without a perspective, one can't even generate words to describe anything. Was it a deadly assault on the Capitol? Sure, true. Was it a bunch of doofuses taking selfies? True. Was it an insurrection? I guess that is arguably true and not true at the same time.

Nick says (with no bias of course) "The U.S. government allowed the January 6 riots to happen in order to frame Donald Trump and his supporters as 'insurrectionists.'"
Sorry, a bit skeptical that he is so unbiased. Seems like the truth is somewhere in the middle.

I didn't hear that. Do you have a time stamp? Or is the quote, with quotation marks and everything, your own bias free, middle grounder words?
I listened to what he said in that short video, and it seems he is providing evidence that there were opportunities to respond more definitively to quell the uprising, and they were not always taken.

I apologize. The quote I used from from what I thought was the transcript of Capt. Nick testimony that I read from the Twitter post. In the twitter post, it is appears that the quote I posted may have been from the guy who wrote the Twitter post. Kind of confusing to understand where one quote ends and the other begins.
