      I'm surprised he hasn't been ordered to tear it down and perform land reclamation.

            Yep...I'm currently doing a restoration project for a client that lives on Marthas Vineyard. They were simultaneously having work done on their home there, and must have gotten wires crossed with someone...they've reached out to me to ask if we could store the piano after we're done for possibly 3-4 years 😬
