Doesn't take a swarm. Probably takes about 500k votes total, spread among the right states.

Secondly, I've heard more than one Democrat say they're not voting for Biden. They're not voting for Trump, but they're definitely not voting for Biden.

But, there is a pretty good chance that some President Trump voters will not vote for him and vote for the Democrat nominee appointee for President. So, they may cancel each other out.
