You're looking at the Roland HP 702 equivalent, I take it?
My 704 came in 3 boxes:
- The bench (flat and small-ish box)
- The base - also flat but bigger, about 30" by 60"
- The actual piano - about 60" by 20" by 24"
When I bought my Kawai, back in 2008 (?), it was also in 3 boxes. I was able to get all of it into my 2006 Audi A4 with the rear seat folded down.

It occurred to me that I could order online, have it delivered, go to the warehouse, purchase from the floor, take it to the returns desk, and return it as the online purchase and get the shipping back. That would be dishonest. But it’s a nice puzzly sort of solution.

It’s a Roland FP 10 rebranded and bundled for Costco. I think the voice selection might be slightly different than the standard FP 10. I plan to use it with Pianoteq and headphones, assuming the lag isn’t noticeable. This guy gets some beautiful results with his:

I don't get it. Like, buy a pizza for a guy with a truck and you're done.

There's no such thing as a free lunch.
The lunch in this case being a pizza.
Or a piano.
The metaphor falls apart there but the point stands.

Home Depot rents a truck for $20 for the hour…
