I honestly don't want to be cynical about this, but my point was we've heard this all before.
Has anything actually fundamentally changed in the last two weeks?
I'd love to be wrong.

I don't think anyone expected Hamas to behave in any other way. But I think there has been a change in that the other Arab states have had enough of them. They are decimated and this is kind of their last gasp. The calculus has changed on what to expect if they attack again. It's not exactly Larry's push them into the sea but it's not far from it.
