True but there’s also a tremendous pressure inside Israel to get hostages home by means other than military force. Bibi’s governing coalition is very fragile.

It’s not meant to. Israel has been pretty open about their intentions as soon as the exchanges take place. They are upfront about it…

How long did it take them to communicate all that was needed prior to Oct. 7th to make it happen the way it did?

Is the communications infrastructure they used to communicate prior to Oct. 7th still functional or has that been disrupted since?

Seeing reports of an Israeli proposal to extend the ceasefire more days provided at least 10 hostages are released a day.

Would be natural to see Hamas counter-propose a smaller number. Imagine the political pressure that could place on the Israeli government.
