To say that “continued military operations” are a red line is basically giving them an ultimatum to cease hostilities.

As terrorist motivations go, a strong Israeli reaction, and the fallout from it, is the most plausible one.

That’s how I read it as well. I understand also that in the last 12 hours Israeli jets air struck Aleppo airport in Syria. A good thing that the 2nd USN Carrier Group is en route.
This is shaping up to be a multiple party hot one. -

True, by postponing 36 hours they’ll avoid a nasty Russian winter in Gaza City.
Actually I imagine they’re postponing for humanitarian reasons (it’s hard to evacuate 1MM people in a day along two roads) but don’t want to say as much.

The American General that commented on it said two things: (1) were not going to Monday morning quarterback their tactical decisions; and 2) but that’s a tall order.

Yeah, no thanks.
Remember when snuff films were a lucrative thing? Now they are free on social media.

Poking the eyes out of a corpse? I couldn't get too much farther.
Hard to fathom the environment that breeds that kind of hate.
