Neither snow, nor rain, nor heat, nor gloom of night stays these …
Ah, never mind.
Yeah. Look how that worked out for Hitler and Napoleon.

True, by postponing 36 hours they’ll avoid a nasty Russian winter in Gaza City.
Actually I imagine they’re postponing for humanitarian reasons (it’s hard to evacuate 1MM people in a day along two roads) but don’t want to say as much.

Good point.
That was kind of … optimistic?

The American General that commented on it said two things: (1) were not going to Monday morning quarterback their tactical decisions; and 2) but that’s a tall order.

Yeah, no thanks.
Remember when snuff films were a lucrative thing? Now they are free on social media.

Poking the eyes out of a corpse? I couldn't get too much farther.
Hard to fathom the environment that breeds that kind of hate.

When I see how fast and massive missiles and rockets can be fired, it makes me wonder what would happen if such an attack was against an aircraft carrier. Could the carrier group really pick off all the incoming?

Easily. Thats what the supporting warships are for.

IF.
If you have the right weapons and enough of them. What Hamas has?
Likely not.

Success against an aircraft carrier would be a bad idea from the get go as the retribution for a successful attack would be fugly.

The US Navy will not get close enough for Hamas to shoot at them without revealing Iranian weapons. I seriously doubt the mullahs would risk that.

Especially with 2 carriers there.
If you shot one of them, you don't want to see what the second will do.

Thats the big question, though. What could we do in that particular are they would fear?
